Wow some people fly off the handle
Me and a friend where driving around in his new car. Well about a couple miles out of a town we where heading today
i got a cell phone call and my friend on the other end hung up cause i had no signal so i was like eh and i lobbed my phone in the back seat....well my phone bounced and it his the back door panel of his car....and my friend flipped out on me....first he started to yell at me why i was doing that and i was like i'm sorry i didn't mean to hurt your car i'll fix it (nothing hard to fix...like a 10 second fix with a rag and armor all) and then he kicked me out yelling "get the fuck outta my car" and i walked home i was about 30 miles from home....but then after about ten minutes of walking his brother and sister in law picked me up and i told them the story and they where nice and gave me a ride home And I guess today I found out from another friend if I didn't get out of the car he would of knocked me out.... Why do people have to get worked up over so much little shit? I just dont' get it?

Thats fucked up man! I mean a new car is one thing, but a little scuff from the cell phone? Prolly did more damage to the cell phone!
In the end I do not know why people flip man, but I would be willing to bet neither do they... |

People get like that with new cars. One friend of mine got one used, but in good condition (60k miles) and before he gets in and after he gets out, he walks around and checks it for scratches.
It's just paranoia. They need something to worry about. |

I agree with Daval... your "friend" sounds like a basket case. Nobody is worth that kind of agravation... nobody.

You may want to rethink your definition of "friend."
I'd set my car on fire if it would help out a friend. (I'm not exactly sure how that would help out a friend. In fact, that's a pretty piss poor analagy, but you get my point...I hope)

Well he was a friend the day before that happened we hung out and had a good time and all was cool and then boom he snapped. I seriously think he needs help. I can't believe he snapped at me cause of all the favors I did for him and it's not like I had it coming. Oh well he'll learn his lesson one way or another.

Go key it tonight, hide in his bushes, and tape his reaction. You can sell this on the internet for millions, then you can laugh at him as you drive by in your flying car.

My brother-in-law is like that.
He has no control in any other aspect of his life, so, he sometimes flips out despot-style on the stuff he does control. When this guy was married to my sister, he'd eat anything she cooked, he wore what she wanted him to; he did just about any and everything my beloved sister told him to, but you get into his fucking truck with muddy shoes (it's an SUV with rubber mats) and you can expect a super freak out. If this is a once in a while thing, I'd blow it off; otherwise I'd blow him off.

Your so-called friend has some anger issues. He should talk to someone about his violent tendencies before he or someone else gets hurt.
Rule #1 - Life is too short to worry about the little shit Rule #2 - it's all little shit

I think it's pretty funny all these people think they can make an accurate assessment on a person based on a single post. Hilarious.
While people will do shitty things, but advising someone to terminate a friendship given the information you have is ridiculous. |
