None. I check my emails every day so I don't let that shit accumulate. It does bother me that I have unread emails. The gf on the other hand, has nearly 1000 and she's perfectly fine with it. Bothers the hell out of me...

Even if I juggle around a half-dozen or so of my alter-egos waiting to be born, given notifications of stuff I subscribed to three years, or told to respond forthwith to an inquery, I still don't care.

My mail is junk, both in reality and in intangible cyberspace. So, naturally, I read them all all at once, and simultaneously, hit 'delete', and forget just a day later that I ever subscribed to Reebok's newsletters.

none. anything that is unread after a week is just deleted unless I *know* that it is a required thing to save, then it just gets forwarded to a storage email address.

I can't stand not knowing if I missed the "funniest email of all time" but I will never again spend two solid days going through old email. I had several hundred and eventually just deleted the last few pages. I make it a priority to clear it at least every other day and to unsubscribe to all the crap that clog it up.

None. I clean them everyday. All my email accounts.

I don't have any unread. I send all the forwarded chain mail crap to it's own folder where it sets and rots. I don't look at it unless someone asks if I got it. I think I've only gotten a useful forwarded email once or twice and even then I was expecting it so it didn't get lost.

i deleted all unread emails a few months ago and now im back up to 2424 unread emails..

damn facebook notifications

Seriousy, I quit going to Facebook but still get notifications from there that clog my email.
My computer keeps freezing I have so many. (shitty computer, anyway)
Last I looked it was over 450, which was a week ago.

I just checked, 905 unread. Although in all fairness, I just received 121 messages a minute ago so I haven't had the time to ignore those yet.

People who know my cell number also know I'll actually read an email sent to that address (the @me.com addy) because I don't have to wade through a sea of spam and facebook junk.
