In my ever so humble opinion, the reason you still feel so horrible is because you haven't taken full responcibility for your actions. Earn up fully to what you did, come clean with her. It may end up that she dumps you, may not. No matter what happens, your conscience will be clean and she won't be lied to (by omission) anymore.
