It's probably both. Portis is one talented sonovabitch, but two things stand out to me.
Butch Davis, when he went to Cleveland after coaching Portis at Miami, thought he wouldn't be tough enough inside, and eventually drafted the legendary William Green instead.
The other thing is simply two names: Mike Anderson; Olandis Gary.
