okay, so how should I figure out this stuff? what's the best way to figure out my aerobic ex. intensity? heart rate? what about how much i should be lifting?
if it helps, i'm 25, no medications that effect HR or pulmonary functions. fine health, although a bit of a bum left knee. about 30 pounds overweight. any other info needed?
