how to figure out a training plan?
okay, this for any of you guys that work as personal trainers, etc (plan9, i'm looking in your general direction)...
when you're with a client, how do you determine what exercises they do, frequency, intensity, speed, etc. for them to work at?
i'm trying to figure out a workout plan for myself, and i want to do more than just "run for 30 minutes or 2 miles".
