It is a shame that anyone deems it necessary to mark on, write on or otherwise deface property like that. I have seen a lot of it lately myself and find it totally disgusting. A some point, young children will use these facilities and be subjected to this. Also, the costs involved in removing the graffitti from these places has to come from taxes.
