My wife was a blind date, so I could say that turned out okay. I am ashamed to admit that I actually skipped out on a blind date once. We were supposed to meet in front of a theater, and she told me what she would be wearing. I was getting ready to park when I saw her standing in front of the place. It wasn't even a case of maybe a little below average in looks. It was a case where she had so grossly misdescribed herself that it was ridiculous. I was actually repulsed. It wasn't going to happen, so I left. I still feel bad about that one.
