My suggestion is something not-too-serious, not-too-expensive. Let her know you're thinking about her, and that she's special. Dinner's nice, since it's early in the courtship anyway, with a little extra present. The cuter/sweeter, the better. Make sure it's something she wouldn't get from a "friend" or a family member.
