Ingredients:
2 cups water
4 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp oregano
4 tbsp flour
5 lb lean roast (I used beef, but pork would work)
Put all the ingredients in the crock pot and either cook on high for about 5 hours or low for about 8 hours. When it's done mix it all together and the meat should shred on it's own. This is good on tortillas either with or without cheese. Yumm
