May I suggest stir fried beef with vegies

Ingredients:

1 lb of steak flank beef
1 cup carrots, brocoli, sliced onion,
1/2 cup of white mushroom
1 teaspoon of salt
1 table spoon of black bean paste
1 table spoon of Oyster sauce
1 table spoon of Olive oil for stir frying.

Direction:
Cut the beef into bite sized peices, 1/10 of an inch thick. Marinate with salt and Oyster sauce and black bean sauce for about 30 mins to 1 hour prior to cooking.
After done marinating beef, pour the olive oil into a pan and heat it up until hot enough to cook beef. Then dump the beef into the pan and stir fry for no more than 3 minute or until the beef is about 70% cooked. After that, take the beef out of the pan.
The vegies' turn: Repeat the same process as did with the beef, when you think the vegies are about 70-80% cooked, dump the beef into the pan and stir fry all together and cook until the whole content is fully cooked and ready to eat.

Served hot with Rice.
