Getting 2000 ish calories in a day
Does anyone else have a problem with hitting 2 k calories in a day? Im dieting right now so it isnt a issue however, Im almost always completely full throughout the day yet, im still only at about 1600 calories im not sure how Im going to get to 2400 ish in a day when I weightlift more. All I eat now are fruits/veges and meats (tuna, chicken, etc). No matter how hard I try I cant seem to consume 2000 + calories in a day without relying on unhealthy things like chips etc.
Anyone got any advice? I try and plan my meals out ahead but even then its a pain.
It isnt really a issue yet since im dieting but its a pain to find foods that aren't totally terrible for you to gain extra calories to hit your daily value.
