Imagine having a database of 500,000 tracks that you could access anytime you want for $10 a month- that is Rhapsody. I use it every day and I love it. If I want to listen to a song that isn't offered in their catalog then I just create a custom radio station with the artist I want to hear and wait for it to play. I've seen some people comment that the absence of Beattles tracks is a problem- that one is out of Listen's control. If the label won't license the content, then they can't offer it.
BTW: If used iTunes $10 a month would get me ~10 songs a month. With Rhapsody $10 a month gives me access to half a million.
*One final note: I would be dishonest if I didn't tell you that I work for RealNetworks- I'm not in the marketing dept., though, so I'm speaking for myself.
