Look for a women's health clinic, or something of the sort.
They're usually the most discrete, and they're often more sensitive to women's needs.
The one my ex went to was staffed entirely by women, was free, and if they had a need to call you house and you weren't home, they'd leave a message that "Jenna called", so that your parents wouldn't know.
