Wow, I couldn't have put it better, those are all excellent ideas. Also, cuddle lots, cuddles really nurture the soul.
Reading a good book makes me happy, talking to my daughter, huggling/sex with hubby, baking, and sometimes, oddly en ough, cleaning, although I hate to clean.
