Yeah, I know guys like this. One of them had a sign on his desk that said 'If you're not the lead dog the view never changes.' All that sign makes me think is the owner believes everyone plays follow the leader. There are plenty of us willing to strike out on our own and not give a crap about what others think.

It's called entitlement. My ex-wife had it. She believed she could have anything she wanted because she deserved it, whether we had the money or not. Unfortunately I see this trait in lots of other people I have met as well. As the character George Costanza in Seinfeld used to say 'We're living in a society!' These people just don't understand that concept.
