I recently re-installed WinXp Pro and Outlook 2003. I had backed up my outlook pst file. Everything is fine after I reinstalled Outlook 2003 but my contacts aren't sinking up with the address list. I can view my contacts fine in the contacts tab but when I create a new email and click the To: button I get his message:

Anyone know how to fix this problem?
