Well I'm starting in on my "Dime" week now. So far the first pass through the Nickle week has been very tough. I have been really sore afterwards, much more so than usual.
Adding in with the HIIT cardio that I have started I'm hoping for some fast results. This will be an interesting test for this week. I have been more curious to see how the 10 sets of 10 goes rather than the 5 of 5. Since I've been working mostly heavy for mass gaining lately this endurance week should be much harder for me than the heavy week.
Anyways, I'll keep you posted on how its going as time progresses...
