I currently have a P4 2.4, with 512mb ram and an Asus P4P800dx motherboard.

I'm not very familiar with setting up things in the bios, but took the recommendations of a friend and overclocked it to 3.0ghz with no problems for the past several months.

Now I'm looking to add another 512mb of ram and I'd like to know if I need to change any settings in my bios to accomodate the new ram.

First of all, the ram I currently have is the Kingston KVR400X64C3/512 CAS 2.5v. Should I look to buy the exact same type of ram?

These are the settings I have right now in my bios;

CPU ext freq. 250
DRAM freq. 320
everything else is set to auto

DRAM CAS# 2
RAS 3
RAS to CAS 3
Precharge delay 7
Burst length 8
the rest are set to auto

I have no idea what all these settings do, so any advice on how I should have these set up with the new ram will be greatly appreciated.
