You bought them 3.5 weeks ago so its a sure thing that they would have a pair that is identical still in stock. Calling the store and talking to someone there might work. But I think because you dont have the bill for them your best bet might be to go into the store and see if you can recognize the sales person that rang in your purchase. You could also ask to speak to the manager in person as well. I m sure those would be a sure fire way to either get a credit or another item of the same cost. I m almost 100% positive that they would not give you a cash refund because they have no idea what method of payment you used, and most stores have the policy that if you use credit card or bank card they need to refund to them.
There are other ways of going about it to but they usually come as last resorts. One would be raising a stink in front of the store but if you are anything like me that would be a little embarassing. The last is to go higher up to the head office and call them. Thats ONLY done if they are not willing to do anything at the store for you.
I have saved myself a couple thousand bucks just by bitching my way through things that I dont agree with.
