Let's see now...30mph zone...hit by not one, but two cars traveling between 60-70mph...and finally finished off by an SUV going 80mph. Fishy doesn't even begin to describe this.
Either it was an intentional "hit", or the NYPD needs to monitor that stretch of road a little more closely. As I recall from driving in Brooklyn, a few years ago, it's kinda hard to even get to 30mph while driving under those elevated tracks.
