Energy consumes every object. Consider 98% of everything (and everyone) is made up of energy. The other 2% is matter.
It exists in a physical manner, to our physical perception, because of the force and speed of the energy holding it together. Therefore, it's the energy that exists, the energy makes up the matter. You can look at it both ways, I suppose.
I am really not proving anything, either way, here. Just simply stating what it is.
