I made a generic, but 10x better version of peanutbutter cups one time in school. Basically all you do is combine smooth peanutbutter and powdered sugar together until ya get that semi-dry consistancy and put that aside. Then you could use a muffin tin, mini-muffin tin or whatever, and set the paper liners in there, coat them with a thin layer of melted chocolate (I used bittersweet) put some of the peanutbutter mixture into the cup after teh chocolate has set, then pour a bit more chocolate over the top and let it sit until the chocolate hardens. Quite easy, and pretty damn good.
