I suppose the point is that if man and dinosaur interacted, it would be quite noticable. In addition Noah's ark says that Noah brought every animal, which would include extinct animals (for some reason fundamentalists had a problem with extinct animals).
I totally can not fathom why anyone would accept a global flood myth, just on the face of it, much less care about dinosaurs.
