It being winter makes this more difficult and without the possibility of a hotel it is even worse. However I have often worked around this sort of thing. Sleeping bags can be a wonderful way to go if you can get one of the double ones. It can be very romantic to have sex outside. The key is just finding a spot easy enough to get to but private enough not to attract attention. There are usually a ton of places you can go in a car. I once had sex sitting outside of a Furr's Cafeteria in the main parking lot on the side. It was a 2nd date with a girl who was really into it.
