I don't have a key reference anymore, but Best makes a lot of commercial locks whose keys can't be copied at the local hardware store. This can be for several reasons like obscurity, special machine, or because copies can only be obtained from Best by the registered owner of the lock.
If you're trying to find a blank, about all I can suggest is going to a place that cuts keys and compare your key to the blanks they have. If that doesn't work, you'd have to go to a locksmith where you may find out it's a non-duplicatable key.
