Import laws. Only some airsoft guns actually have permission to have the trademarks on them. The Maruzen Walther P99 and the Western Arms Berettas are some of the few. Others have to have the trademarks covered or scratched out. (If you're ordering an airsoft gun make sure they use tape or the black glue stuff they use.)
