Eh, I often disagree with the points they make, and find that most of their articles are overly trend following (i.e. "What tattoos are stylish and coooool"), but it was the first thing to pop into my head when I started thinking of sites to check.
Since then, I've found a few other sites (I just did a search on altavista.com), but they mostly deal with the more tasteful responsibilities, and only mention the bachelor party in passing.
So far, the main things I've found are:
-make sure there's enough booze
-provide transportation
-make sure all guy oaths of secrecy are understood
-embarass/entertain the groom, but don't give him cold feet
-stay WAY on top of things (you're the bartender, the party co-ordinater, the life of the party, and the babysitter)
-make a guest list, and at least run it by the groom
-if his family is to be included (which they probably should be), make for some G rated events early in the night (such as dinner or cocktails)
-make sure the groom-to-be doesn't have to pay for things that night
-watch everybody (but ESPECIALLY the groom) and make sure nothing TOO stupid happens, especially if it's the night before (as opposed to a week before) his wedding...he doesn't need to be totally hung over with his eyebrows shaved off at the alter
And of course, remember to have fun in the midst of all the responsibility!
