I decided to stay friends... slight friends. We were best friends before we started dating, now I send her an email every once and a while.
I like the stuff we did together, I like the way she changed my life. It would seem wrong to just shut her out.
I also have a fantasy that at some point down the line things will be "right" again. But I'm not holding my breath.
