Brazilians have as much to fear from Americans coming into their country as Americans do from Brazilians coming into ours. (ie ZIP, ZILCH, NADA, ZIPPO, ZERO, THE BIG DONUT) But I also think that other countries should feel free to retaliate when the U.S. comes out with bone-headed policy (remember the steel tariffs?).
