I don't think you can use ICS on a non dialup connection.
Find yourself a http proxy, and run this on the pc with intarweb. Then for the other computers, in the browsers, just add the proxy (ie the ip of the machine running the proxy server, and what port) into the browser they use. If you want to use things like ICQ and stuff like that, I think you're gonna need a SOCKS proxy.
