I'm applying to study audiology at a couple of different schools. One of the things that each requires is a one-page letter that they are calling a statement of purpose. I hear from faculty that the purpose of this is really a writing sample. I have no idea what to put in this, as I am undecided in any sort of specialization inside the field yet. Do any of you have any experience with these that you can use to direct me?
