BIS is gone. BIS is not just a name, but the Developers who worked there. And
ALL of them have been fired. IPLY are just saying BIS is still alive and Fallout might still be produced to keep their share prices up and the fans subdued. so what if the name is still active? The guys are gone. And that's just sad.
