I am a total pussy with booze. I get hungover REALLY easily. There used to be this stuff called "XS" that claimed the same benefits as RU21 does.
Lemme tell you, XS worked! If RU21 is made from the same stuff, it probably helps a lot.
Of course, now I just quit at 2 beers, so I will not be able to give you a definitive answer.
