To your clipboard, so you can CTRL + V (paste) it anywhere you like. If you want to save it just use your default bitmap editor or Paint.
I'm actually surprised that no one has mentioned the CTRL combos.
CTRL + C - Copy
CTRL + V - Paste
CTRL + Z - Undo
And most progs also have:
CTRL + S - Save OR
CTRL + O - write Output
Or maybe everbody already knows...
