I've more or less been there... actually, I am there. It may be nothing, she could just be really busy and she doesn't have a lot of time for you.
But guess what, its still a shitty way to treat you. You may have to decide if you want to put up with this behavior or not. If not, talk to her about it... if that doesn't help, move on.
