Well, first let me say, you need to make the clinic your first stop. The fact you had unprotected sex with someone whom you think has had multiple partners was not too wise.
I don't understand your reference to her being unclean. Were you referring to her not washing or to the fact that you know she has some type of STD?
As to the fact that some times you have pain when you ejactulate, this could be a symptom. Only your doctor can make that determination.
Time is really not a factor as to spreading a STD. The main thing is transfer of bodily fluids. I would advise that you be tested and if positive, by all means, tell the second partner. Your embaressment could save someone else from a serious problem.
