Ah where is loveline when you need it? I know several of my questions have been answered on there before but I don't remember the responses, hopefully some people here have some insight on STDs... First a little background..

Back before I lost my virginity I used to masturbate on a fairly frequent basis, 4 or 5 times a week and would always reach orgasm. Last January I lost my virginity, the girl was .. unclean. We had sex a number of times (atleast 20) over the period of a month. Only about half of those times were protected. I know she has had countless partners and has never been tested for any std. Since then I have had some problems with masturbating, sometimes reaching orgasm and sometimes not. Sometimes it also hurts to ejaculate but most of the time its fine. I have yet to be tested. Now the other night I did masturbate to orgasm but did not have any ejaculation. Is this a sign of a std? Now I think it should also be added that I was high at the time and I have noticed that causing problems with that sometimes.. The second question is I have since then got in a relationship with a girl that I actully love and we have had sex several times, always protected except the other night the condom broke, it was well before orgasm when it did and we stopped immediately. I wanna know just how contagious stds are and what the chances of that 10 seconds of direct contact are of me giving her something.

Get a blood test. As soon as possible. If you can't do that, you shouldn't be having sex with anyone. Period. You've had sex with someone other than your current partner, without a blood test in-between... are you crazy?

Well, first let me say, you need to make the clinic your first stop. The fact you had unprotected sex with someone whom you think has had multiple partners was not too wise.
I don't understand your reference to her being unclean. Were you referring to her not washing or to the fact that you know she has some type of STD?
As to the fact that some times you have pain when you ejactulate, this could be a symptom. Only your doctor can make that determination.
Time is really not a factor as to spreading a STD. The main thing is transfer of bodily fluids. I would advise that you be tested and if positive, by all means, tell the second partner. Your embaressment could save someone else from a serious problem.

Make a doctor's appointment as soon as you can, and drink lots of water to flush out your system. It could be a STD, Urinary Tract Infection, Fungus, whatever. Try not having sex until you see a doctor.

the not ejaculating worries me less than the pain when you do ejaculate. Either way I'd go get tested ASAP.

How long ago were you with this girl?

STD's vary in symptoms and infectious ability. As most have said, you need to see your doctor. Any of us here can advise you on what we think may be wrong based on the information you have given us, however, none of our advice is going to diagnose or more importantly treat an STD.

Is your current partner aware of the possibility that you could have an STD? This is a very important conversation that should ALWAYS take place prior to any sexual activity out of respect and physical safety.

It is good to know that you were using condoms, although, you are an example that condoms are not 100%....they do break etc. Get yourself and your partner to the doctor straight away and I hope everything turns out okay.

Oh, man. You need to get a full workup. It could be any number of things, even outside the realm of STDs. An enlarged prostate could cause some symptoms like these ...

No telling. Get a checkup.

I am not a doctor but I do know a few things. I do know, ejactulating without a hardon is doable without an std, as well as not being able to orgasm. Those aren't for sure signs of an std. Hurting while you ejactulate/masturbate could be problems with your twig and berries, not nessecarily linked to an std. So go talk to a doctor.
