$42/month right out of the paycheck, so I never see it. But since I know I'm paying it, it provides the incentive for me to go, so I'm not wasting money.
And I make sure I use everything the gym provides: pool, weight room, cardio, group exercise, racketball, and climbing wall.
I think I get my money's worth.
