Tell your friend to try a vibrator and take his time to please her; most women on this board have agreed that it's the best way to get there the first time. He should also read up on the best ways to use his mouth, and I don't mean talking dirty.
If they aren't old enough to get into an adult store and get a vibrator or other pleasure aids (I'm guessing you're all mid to late High School age based on the age group this question often comes from,) then you can do them a huge favor and get it for them. There are places that require age 18+ instead of 21+.
