Okay, this sounds good. I work next to a Kroger and near a Meijers so I can get fruits and stuff no doubt.
I know its bad for me, but there is no way I can give up white bread. Not because I like it, but because I hate wheat bread with a passion usually reserved for politicians and insolent children. Is white bread really that bad?
I'm not trying to put on weght/muscle, I'm actually trying to lose it. I was too fat. Once I lose all the extra I gained, I'm thinking about trying to put on some muscle, but I don't know if I will be able to, due to the fact that by the time I can work out, I'm exausted because I just got done with a two hour track practice. I don't like lifting upper body to begin with, so it's kind of a double whammy so to speak.
It sounds like the shakes are more like a shareef abdul rahim, great stats yet not too many results at the end of the day
Got to love the commercials for the Gazelle freestyle
