For great crispy hash browns on the Foreman, buy the shredded Simply Potatoes brand in the green bag. They are the fresh ones, not frozen, and they cook up great. Arrange them on the griddle after spraying with Pam, close the lid and check them after 20 minutes or so. Sometimes takes longer depending on how crispy/dark you want them. Take off griddle and slather with mass amounts of ketchup and Tabasco. Can't beat it...
