The girl I've been with for eight months (since April) is on the shot, and was on the pill before. The hormones or whatever caused her body to react rather strangely, and she started bleeding pretty much constantly for about four months. After the first week of bleeding constantly, I was damned close to insisting that she see her doctor about it, but she didn't... we later found out that it's fairly normal, especially when on the pill or the shot, for that to happen.
Hell, it's not even that unusual for it to happen when the girl's NOT on the pill/shot.
