Sometimes if she's ready to have the period then sex will just get it going. I used to be totally regular where I never was early. Now it's changed. Hormones, stress, health, so many things can affect the timing. A week early isn't abnormal at all really. If it was a constant thing it could wear her down just a little but once is no big deal. I wouldn't worry about it at all. This particular scenario has happen to hubby and I a number of times. Just the way things work sometimes.
