Well, I recall a Straight Dope column discussing a woman who would have an orgasm when she sneezed, and the general consensus was that it had to do with "erectile tissue" in the nose. So, perhaps the increased blood flow related to arousal is also entering her nose, and that stimulates a sneeze.
