Yeah, that could be true. Physcial excitement can cause any number of things to happen in the human body, incuding stuff you think would never happen.
Good example- my ex would stutter a little when she got horny. She'd be talking about normal stuff, but she'd stammer a bit. It wasn't a nervous thing, it just made her go uh um uh a lot for soem reason. Instant sex.
