hehe... I fly at least once a week, and my favorite one was when they pulled my nail clippers out of my shaving kit. They made me break off the nail file portion and throw it out. Then, if I wanted to keep the the clippers, I had to dismantle it into it's two pieces, and keep them seperated in my carry on...

I was with my boss at the time, and he was laughing so hard he had tears in his eyes.

I just told them to keep the clippers, I can pick up another pair for .97 cents anywhere.
