You'll need to get yourself Microsoft's old DOS networking and protocol stack. It's tedious to get your DOS LAN drivers working but you'll find them in the NDIS folder for your LAN card.

www.bootdisk.com and search around for a network boot disk for DOS. You can then use NET SHARE and NET USE commands to accomplish what you're looking for.
Getting the LAN drivers setup is the worst of it. Try a boot disk and see what goes.
