Our cat was pissing in the living room so often (every day) we just had to put newspaper down where it was going and change it every day. Turns out that it was just getting to old to get into the litterbox when it had the cover on it. We took the cover off and she's been going in there now.
But now the male cat who never learned how to use the litterbox is going in the corner instead of outside like usual. Punk.
