*edit* Secondly, as long as you just want it as a daily, econo car thats fine...I hope you aren't looking to "mod" it.
Most Ford's I have been in, have had a very archaic sort of interior, not as inviting as most imports. Also my family used to own a tempo...eek so many problems.
Perhaps ford has gotten better as far as reliability goes...however totoyta's have a much better resale value.
